1. Application of the conditions of participation, organiser
(1) Welcome to the advent calendar Quiz and Price Draw. Participation is subject to the following terms and conditions. By participating in the advent calendar quiz and price draw you accept these terms and conditions for participation as binding.

2. Eligibility
(1) Natural persons who have reached the age of 18 (“Participants”) are eligible to participate. Should a Participant be restricted in his or her legal capacity, the consent of his or her legal representative is required.
(2) Participation is not restricted to Annerton clients and is not dependent on the use of a service.
(3) Participation is excluded for employees of Annerton and other third parties involved in the conception, provision and implementation of the advent calendar, including their respective family and household members.
3. Participation and procedure of the quiz and prize draw
(1) In the period from 1 to 24 December 2020, an article will be published once a day in the advent calendar. On 23 December 2020, a quiz will be published, the questions of which refer to the previous articles.
(2) Those who would like to take part in the advent calendar competition must answer all the questions in full, enter their own e-mail address and confirm their details by pressing the “Submit answers” button. Closing date is 10 January 2021, 24:00 CET. Each participant may only take part once.
(3) All correct answers sent in by the deadline will be entered into the prize draw.
(4) The winners will be informed by Annerton by e-mail shortly after the draw.
(5) No fee will be charged for participation in the advent calendar prize draw.
4. Prizes
(1) The prizes are vouchers of issued by Cadooz GmbH, which can be redeemed at different suppliers.
(2) If your company has compliance guidelines, please check whether you are allowed to participate before entering the prize draw. Participation is your own responsibility.
(3) Payment of the prize value or exchange of the prize for another prize is excluded. The right to win is not transferable.
(4) The prizes will be delivered to the winners free of charge to the respective postal address or e-mail address provided by the winner.
5. Exclusion, cancellation of the advent calendar competition
(1) Annerton reserves the right to exclude participants from participation in the advent calendar competition if there is an important reason (e.g. violation of conditions of participation, manipulation attempt). If the prerequisites for exclusion are present, prizes can be subsequently withdrawn or delivered prizes can be reclaimed.
(2) Annerton is entitled to cancel the competition, in particular if manipulations are detected or otherwise a proper execution of the competition is no longer ensured.
6. Final provisions
(1) Legal recourse is excluded.
(2) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively.
(3) Should any of these conditions of participation be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining conditions of participation.

2. Data processing for participation in our advent calendar quiz and competition
2.1 Description and scope of data processing
If you would like to take the opportunity to participate in our advent calendar quiz and competition in accordance with the “terms and conditions”, you can enter your e-mail address in the form after answering all questions and click on the “Submit Answers” button. If you make use of this option, your answers and your e-mail address will be transmitted to us and stored by us.
2.2 Purpose of the data processing
Your data will be processed exclusively for the purpose of participation in the Advent calendar competition (raffle) as well as for the notification of the prize and for the transmission of the prize.
2.3 Legal basis
The legal basis for the processing of the data is the performance, implementation of pre-contractual measures, or for the initiation of a contract, is Art. 6 para 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR.
2.4 Data deletion and storage period
Data will generally be deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. All data will be deleted upon completion of the advent calendar quiz and competition.
2.5 No legal obligation to provide your personal data, possibility of objection and elimination
There is no legal obligation for you to provide personal data. However, if you wish to participate in the advent calendar quiz and competition, we require the e-mail address for the participation. If you do not provide the e-mail address, it will not be possible to participate in the advent calendar quiz and competition.
You can also object to the processing of your data at any time. If you object to the processing of your data, your participation in the advent calendar quiz and competition will be cancelled and your e-mail address will be deleted.
2.7 Passing on to third parties
Your data will not be passed on to third parties.
3. Your rights as a data subject
