We are giving away one PayTechLaw Handbook. By participating in the giveaway, entrants agree to the following terms and conditions:
Terms and Conditions
1. Prize
The prize consists of one printed version of the book PayTechLaw – Das Recht der digitalen Zahlungsdienstleistungen. The book is available in German only.
2. How to participate and receive your prize
To enter, participants must answer the giveaway question and submit the form above. A valid email address is required for prize notification. Acceptance of the terms and conditions is mandatory. Subscribing to the PayTechLaw newsletter is optional and does not affect the chances of winning.
The prize will be awarded by random draw from all valid entries.
The winner will be selected at random on 23 October 2025 and contacted via email.
The event ticket will be provided in electronic form as a voucher.
To send the prize, we require a valid postal address. If the prize cannot be delivered due to circumstances attributable to the winner (e.g. incorrect address or extended absence during the delivery period), the prize will be forfeited.
3. Contest period
The giveaway starts on 8 October 2025 and ends on 22 October 2025 at 11:59 p.m. (CET).
4. Who can participate?
Participation is open to all natural persons aged 18 and over. Accurate and truthful information must be provided for all required fields.
5. Data protection
The personal data provided will be processed by PayTechLaw solely for the purpose of carrying out the giveaway and will be deleted after final completion of the giveaway, unless legal retention or limitation periods apply, or the newsletter has been subscribed to.
You may unsubscribe from the PayTechLaw newsletter at any time via the unsubscribe link included in every email.
By entering the giveaway, you agree to these terms and conditions.
6. Miscellaneous
German law applies to this giveaway. A cash payout of the prize is not possible. Claims to prizes are non-transferable. Legal recourse is excluded.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
PayTechLaw reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time with effect for the future, even during the contest period.
