Licensing of NFTs

Licensing contract law is an important point to be regulated if content protected by intellectual property law (e.g. copyright or trademark law) is to be used in NFTs. Photos, texts and designs are regularly subject to copyright protection. Our flyer gives a brief overview of the topic of licensing contract law & NFTs and points out questions that need to be clarified before exploiting content protected by intellectual property law (IP law) through NFTs.
