Nasim Jenkouk

Nasim Jenkouk is lawyer and advises domestic and international banking and financial institutions as well as FinTech companies on supervisory law, IT- and data protection law as well as on e-commerce requirements. She has a profound expertise in particular in cross-border matters, in advising institutions in cases of outsourcing as well as on legal requirements in the interplay of supervisory law and IT- and data protection requirements. In addition, she regularly assists companies in obtaining the authorisations required under supervisory law.

Nasim Jenkouk regularly publishes in the legal literature and participates in panel discussions on legal topics and holds lectures.

She studied law at the University of Cologne. She completed her legal traineeship inter alia in Berlin and San Francisco (USA).
