When did the European Blockchain Convention become a fixture in your calendar, and why?
Alizeza Siadat: We have been a partner of the European Blockchain Convention for three years. We enjoy taking part in the panels every year and appreciate the opportunity to exchange ideas with other experts and discuss the latest developments in the industry.
What is the industry talking about this year?
Alizeza Siadat: This year, the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCAR) is particularly exciting. We are also closely monitoring what is happening outside Europe, such as the introduction of Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs or regulatory developments in the UK.
You will also be appearing on stage. What exactly will you be talking about?
Alizeza Siadat: As every year, my panel will be about the global regulation of crypto assets. We will discuss the current regulatory trends and challenges worldwide and how they could affect the future of the industry.
