What do FinTechs want for Christmas from BaFin this year?

The BaFin Conference is taking place in Frankfurt today with special emphasis on the amendment to the Zahlungsdiensteaufsichtsgesetz (ZAG). We have reported before on  the new BaFin explanatory leaflet to the ZAG and about the corporation privilege – and we will continue doing so. But what do FinTechs want for Christmas from BaFin this year? I investigated this issue at the PVD Prepaid Congress at the end of November in Berlin.
